Job description
A fintech company is seeking a strategic leader to head its product function. The role involves setting product vision, managing the product team, and driving innovation across the full product lifecycle.
- Degree in Business, IT, or related field (postgrad/certification advantageous)
- 8+ years in senior product roles, 5+ years in leadership (fintech/payments preferred)
- Deep knowledge of payment systems (card-present and card-not-present)
- Proven success in product strategy, go-to-market execution, and cross-functional leadership
- Familiarity with Agile tools and methodologies
