• Work closely with team members to hit store sales goals and maintain high service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required—a positive attitude matters most!
• Excellent communication skills to engage customers effectively.
• A proactive mindset for solving problems and handling multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• A true passion for delivering excellent customer service daily.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays when needed.
• A passed Matric certificate or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
