DENTAL RECEPTIONIST | RANDBURG, JHB

A well-established, modern dental practice in Randburg is looking to appoint a professional, organised, and customer-focused Dental Receptionist to join their team.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with patients, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and works well in a professional, fast-paced practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a warm first impression for patients while ensuring the reception area and daily administrative functions run efficiently.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience in a reception or administrative role (medical or dental experience will be advantageous)

• Strong computer literacy (experience using practice management software would be beneficial)

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Professional presentation and a friendly, welcoming manner

• High level of attention to detail with the ability to work in an organised, structured environment

• Self-motivated with the ability to use initiative and take ownership of responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and manage all front-desk activities

• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient bookings

• Provide administrative support and assist with the day-to-day coordination of the practice

• Help ensure an efficient and seamless patient experience

• Deliver a consistently high standard of professionalism and customer care
