Job description
As a Network Voice Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering the latest technology in voice networking. You'll work on the front-line of network infrastructure and design, implement and manage networks that are designed to meet our business needs. As a member of an IT department, your role is crucial to ensure the smooth running of our business operations.Qualifications and experience:Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering with a major in Computer Science or Engineering requiredCisco CCNP Collaboration (any specialization)Cisco CCNP Enterprise Infrastructure (any specialization)Advantage: Fortinet NSE 4Understanding and experience in network switching and routing (EIGRP/BGP) in a Cisco environmentGood understanding of network cabling infrastructure and standards in an operational environment, experience with UTP and fibre installations and managing cabling contractorsUnderstanding and experience in Cisco wireless deploying Cisco wireless LAN Controllers and WiFi Access Points using FlexConnectUnderstanding and experience in the use of Cisco ISE in the management of networking devices (i.e. TACACS). Experience with Cisco NAC would be an advantageUnderstanding of SD-WAN in a cisco and/or Fortigate environment and network connectivity over the Internet (IPSec Tunnels, and QoS)Understanding and experience in Fortigate firewallsA good understanding and experience in a Cisco Collaboration environment: Cisco CallManager, UCCX, CUCX etc. Experience and knowledge of SAMWIN and Calabrio would be an advantageConfiguring and troubleshooting Cisco telephones and Cisco UCS servers etcExperience and understanding of Cisco voice gateways (SRST), and Cisco Cube SIP GatewaysExperience with video conferencing using Webex and/or MS TeamsUnderstanding and experience in a Cloud Environment (MS Azure)Experience with network management tools: Solarwinds, Zabbix/Graphana #J-18808-Ljbffr
