Head of Finance Systems & Projects Sandton, GP, South Africa | req28404 Responsibilities End-to-end accountability for Afrox's finance systems landscape and major finance-related projects. Ensuring that finance systems are future-fit and aligned to strategic objectives. Owning and leading the finance systems roadmap, including ERP and associated finance platforms. Acting as the finance lead for system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations. Leading major finance transformation initiatives, including process standardisation, automation, and digitisation. Aligning local finance systems to group policies and global standards. Ensuring strong system controls, data integrity, and audit compliance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. CA(SA) or equivalent professional finance qualification (highly advantageous). Strong experience in finance systems leadership required. Proven delivery of large-scale finance systems implementations and transformation projects (ERP experience essential). Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes. Deep expertise in finance systems, controls, and data governance.
