Architect or Senior Architectural Technician - CPT Our client is seeking an Architect or a Senior Architectural Technician. Location Cape Town CBD Requirements Relevant Qualification in Architecture or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit Experience in using ACC (AutoDesk Construction Cloud) or, at the very least, BIM Must be based in Cape Town Own motor vehicle required Driver's License SketchUp and rendering skills would be an added bonus About The position will include working with a small team on various commercial projects and residential projects. Responsibilities Production of tender and working drawings. Coordination with other professionals. Coordination of flow of information on ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud). Coordination/management & input on site. Input/design/production of proposals for new projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
