Our client a reputable brand in the Retail Industry is seeking enthusiastic customer-focused Retail Sales Consultants to join their Pretoria East-based stores. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service driving sales and ensuring a positive instore experience. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 / Matric (essential) Previous retail sales experience (advantageous especially in electronics or cellular retail) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven sales ability and customerservice orientation Ability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays Reliable punctual and wellpresented Residing in or near Pretoria East (advantageous) Competencies & Skills Sales-driven and results orientated Excellent customer service skills Confident persuasive communicator Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Team player with a positive attitude Basic computer literacy Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Individual sales targets achieved Conversion rate Average transaction value (ATV) Customer satisfaction and feedback Store presentation and compliance
