AREA MANAGER - CAPE TOWN, WESTERN CAPE

We are seeking an experienced, well-rounded Area Manager for a permanent role based in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Duties & Responsibilities

Education and Experience required:

1. Grade 12
2. Minimum 5 Years’ experience in cleaning, hygiene and/or pest management is compulsory
3. A valid driver’s license
4. Experience in highly commercial and sensitive markets is compulsory
5. Project Management experience in cleaning would be an advantage

Knowledge and Skills:

1. Knowledge of the relevant cleaning, hygiene, and pest sector
2. Knowledge of South African and industry-specific laws
3. Knowledge of MS Office; specifically Excel and Word
4. Proactive
5. Professional

9. Ability to balance the budget and save on soft costs
10. Ability to draft and extract reports
