New Job opportunity for Seasoned Agile Coach – 12 Month Contract – Agile Transformation Project Agile work model followed 3 days office 2 remote Agile Coach | Transform the Future of Delivery in Corporate & Investment Banking Are you passionate about driving real change, building high‑performing teams, and embedding agile thinking at scale? A leading organisation within the corporate and investment banking industry is looking for a dynamic Agile Coach to champion transformation and unlock value across teams and business units. The Opportunity This is more than just coaching Scrum teams — it’s about shaping an agile culture across the organisation. You’ll work closely with leadership, delivery teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, strengthen collaboration, and deliver impactful solutions to customers. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and embed agile practices, frameworks, and mindsets across teams Coach and mentor teams on Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Extreme Programming, and Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) Facilitate key agile ceremonies including stand‑ups, retrospectives, and planning sessions Drive continuous improvement through metrics, feedback, and agile maturity assessments Enable collaboration across business and technology teams Deliver agile training and upskilling initiatives for new and existing staff Partner with leadership to enhance delivery capability and organisational effectiveness Identify risks early and guide teams toward proactive solutions What You Bring 6–8 years’ experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Agile environments Strong expertise in agile frameworks and when to apply them effectively Proven ability to coach teams and influence stakeholders at all levels Experience driving agile transformation within complex environments A collaborative mindset with excellent facilitation and communication skills Relevant qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar Why This Role?
