The Role: Senior Account Manager Cybersecurity

This role exists to manage and expand an existing client portfolio while driving new business development. It contributes to the business by identifying upsell opportunities and prospecting new clients across key verticals such as finance, retail, and healthcare. The main focus areas include relationship management, value-based sales methodology, and collaboration with technical consultants to address client security needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize 35 years of cybersecurity sales experience to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients to identify upsell opportunities.

• Prospect and engage new clients across key verticals including finance, retail, and healthcare.

• Collaborate with technical consultants and delivery managers to align solutions with client security needs.

• Conduct account planning and forecasting using internal tools and methodologies.

• Develop proposals and presentations that address unique client challenges.

• Apply a value-based sales methodology to uncover deep client needs and deliver actionable insights.

• Manage the sales pipeline through the CRM to ensure accurate forecasting.

About You

• 35 years of sales experience specifically within IT services, consulting, or cybersecurity.

• Documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Exceptional negotiation skills and confidence to engage with C-level stakeholders.

• Familiarity with core cybersecurity concepts such as penetration testing and risk assessments.

• Self-motivated and organized professional who excels independently and in a team.

• High resilience to navigate a rigorous selection process.
