Job descriptionThis role is suited to professionals with experience in structured or compliance-driven environments (e.g. healthcare, wellness, or regulated services) who can combine operational leadership with strong analytical and reporting capability. Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, service delivery, and adherence to corporate policies and compliance standards - Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, including professional and administrative staff - Drive process optimisation initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and implementing improved workflows - Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) - Manage scheduling, record-keeping, procurement, and overall office administration - Oversee staff training and development to ensure high levels of performance and service quality - Prepare, analyse, and present operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics - Utilise data analysis to support decision-making, track performance, and identify trends - Support structured service delivery programmes, including employee-facing initiatives where relevant - Ensure high standards of governance, documentation, confidentiality, and operational control Key Requirements - Proven experience in operations management, office management, or service environment leadership - Strong analytical capability, including experience with reporting, data interpretation, and process analysis - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (essential) - Exposure to SQL, data querying, or reporting tools (advantageous) - Experience in business process improvement or business analysis - Demonstrated leadership and team management capability - Financial awareness, including budgeting, cost tracking, or operational reporting - Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, compliance-driven environment - High standards of professionalism, discretion, and ethical conduct Nice to Have (Advantageous) - Experience in regulated or structured environments (e.g. healthcare, wellness, financial services, or similar) - Exposure to staff training, coaching, or development programmes - Background working with operational data, performance tracking, or reporting frameworks
