Senior Software Engineer (GoLang / Rust / C++) - Real-Time Pricing / R1.6m PA / Hybrid Sandton This is a rare opportunity to work on a true greenfield, real‑time pricing platform in a high‑performance financial environment where engineering quality directly impacts global trading outcomes. Own a mission‑critical pricing engine at the heart of global markets Lead a small elite engineering pod with high autonomy Influence architecture, engineering standards & technical direction What you’ll be doing Designing high‑performance distributed systems at scale Translating complex pricing & financial logic into production‑grade code Driving engineering excellence across backend and platform layers Working directly with business experts and quant‑driven stakeholders Leveraging AI‑assisted engineering tools to accelerate delivery What we’re looking for 10+ years software engineering experience Strong background in real‑time / event‑driven systems Proficiency in Go, C++ or Rust / JAVA Deep understanding of performance, concurrency & scalability Cloud experience (AWS) Experience turning models or prototypes into production platforms Reference: GZ61213 Package: Up to R1.6m CTC (negotiable) #J-18808-Ljbffr
