Job description
The Ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven leadership and team management abilities. Experience within the insurance service provider industry is essential. Key Duties & Responsibilities: - Min 5 Years experience in residential and commercial electrical environments. - Lead and guide a team of electricians and technician - Conduct fault finding, assessments, and repairs related to insurance claims - Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams - Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and company standards Qualifications & Experience: - Electrician Trade Test Certificate (compulsory) - Wireman's License (advantageous) - PV Green Card (advantageous) - Solid understanding of the insurance service provider industry - Excellent communication, problem solving and leadership skills Technical Competencies / Hands on Experience in: - Solar PV Systems - Distribution boards (DB baords) - Air conditioners - Pool pumps - Security equipment - CCTV & Gate Motors (advantageous) - Stoves and ovens Package & Benefits - Incentive and performance bonuses - Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding company - Supportive, professional and dynamic team environment
