Job description
The Talent Attraction Specialist plays a vital role in supporting Wilson's recruitment and client delivery teams. In this exciting position, you'll work hand in hand with our clients and recruiters to find, identify, and present top-notch talent tailored for various roles and levels of professional experience.- Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates against client position requirements and organization culture fit - Update and maintain administrative responsibilities such as applicant tracking system data entry and reports **REQUIREMENTS:** - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Works well as part of a team, as well as has the ability to work autonomously - Excellent organization and time management skills - Familiarity with social media and comprehensive knowledge of MS Suite programs Welcome to the Wilson Careers page!
