You will take full ownership of the finance function, partnering closely with leadership to shape strategy, drive performance, and support key investment decisions across a substantial portfolio.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading financial strategy, planning, and capital allocation across the group
• Driving reporting, budgeting, and overall financial performance across multiple entities
• Managing funding structures, lender relationships, and cash flow at group level
• Overseeing compliance, governance, audits, and regulatory requirements
• Supporting acquisitions, disposals, and growth initiatives through financial insight
• Building and leading a high-performing finance team
• Improving systems, processes, and reporting efficiency as the business scales

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified CA(SA) with solid post-articles commercial experience
• Proven track record operating in a senior finance leadership role
• Strong technical grounding in IFRS and IFRS for SMEs
• Experience managing complex group structures, consolidations, and transactions
• Exposure to funding environments , including working with lenders and meeting reporting and compliance requirements
• Strong understanding of VAT, corporate tax, and regulatory frameworks
• Advanced financial modelling and commercial analysis capability
