Howden South Africa Division is looking for an experienced Data Capturer to assist with timesheet capturing for sites
What Will You Do?
• Receive Timesheets and attendance registers daily for the previous day from all sites.
• Check attendance registers against timesheet booked daily.
• Where deviations are picked up, follow up from site to correct.
• Follow up on outstanding timesheets and attendance registers daily.
• Follow up rejected Timesheets from capturers (clock no's and job no's not loaded on system).
• Follows up on weekly reconciliation timesheet numbers.
• Obtain copies of timesheets to assist supervisor with the forth-nightly reconciliation.
• Capture timesheets accurately on AX system.
• Retrieve timesheets for Project Manager queries.
• Issue new and receive old timesheet books from site.
• Responsible for the control and allocation of Petty Cash.
• Responsible for the purchasing and distribution of additional airtime for cell phones.
• Responsible for the following up on new clock numbers loaded into AX with the HR Department.
Your Experience Should Be...
• Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
• Office Administration qualifications will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office with an intermediate level of Microsoft Excel mastery
• At least 2 years’ experience in similar environment.
• Ability to communicate at all levels.
• Office archiving skills
• Must resides within the Middelburg or Witbank area
