Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and experience in building scalable and efficient CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Configure and customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements

Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs

Create and manage workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation processes

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements

Perform system troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization

Ensure data security, integrity, and best practices within Salesforce

Participate in code reviews and follow development standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs

Knowledge of Salesforce architecture and data models

Experience with integrations and third-party tools

Understanding of Agile development methodology

Good problem-solving and communication skills
