Factory/Production Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Factory / Production Manager to oversee daily operations within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong leadership skills and a solid background in production management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily factory and production operations
• Lead, supervise, and motivate production staff
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met
• Monitor and control stock levels and inventory processes
• Oversee basic machine maintenance and ensure equipment is operational
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and productive working environment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a factory or manufacturing environment
• Proven experience managing staff and production processes
• Strong understanding of stock control and inventory management
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance
• Good problem‑solving and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
