Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall technology vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Lead architectural decisions across platforms, systems, and data infrastructure
• Own and oversee data engineering strategy, including pipelines, analytics, and scalability
• Partner closely with business and commercial stakeholders to align technology with outcomes
• Ensure platforms are secure, reliable, scalable, and performance-optimized
• Lead, mentor, and grow senior engineering and technical leadership teams
• Oversee technology delivery, timelines, and technical risk management
• Support executive-level decision-making from both a technical and commercial perspective

Requirements

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in a CTO
• Strong background in data engineering and data-driven architectures
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure
• Proven ability to align technology strategy with business and commercial objectives
• Experience working in complex, enterprise-scale environments
• Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and modern development practices
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
