The incumbent will manage the development and implementation of annual operational plans in line with strategic plan of the organization; Manage the development of policies and SOPS in respect of human capacity building and performance management within the Agency; Manage and monitor the implementation of capacity and educational development programs and initiatives; Manage and monitor the implementation of a Performance Management & Development System (PMDS) within the Agency; Ensuring that training and development initiatives are informed by the Skills Audit Outcomes. Manage and monitor the implementation of learnerships, internship and work integrated learning programs of the public service within the Agency; Manage resources and matters pertaining to staff.
