A well-established company based in Gauteng that specializes in Flavours is looking for a Key Accounts Manager to join their Flavours Team.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Manage assigned key accounts with the primary objective to build relationships and grow accounts to reach their full potential.
2. Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue and gross margin.
3. Comprehensive planning, identification of opportunities, and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales.
4. Manage key accounts to ensure volume and market share growth of flavours in the food industry.
5. Perform sales activities on major accounts.
6. Identify market opportunities for flavours in the food industry.
7. Develop specific sales strategies to ensure sales growth.
8. Presentations and advice to customers on product solutions.
9. Generate monthly sales reports.
10. Participate in sales meetings to share field problems and ideas to grow the business.
11. Responsible for stock management of stock with customers.
12. Be involved in the product development program with a view to grow/capture flavour market share.
13. Identify and analyse customer requirements and develop tailor-made services to suit those needs.

Desired Experience & Qualification

1. Food technology degree.
2. 5 years’ experience handling Key Accounts.

Package & Remuneration

R 30 000 - R 35 000 CTC.
