Business Development Manager/Sales Manager-Westville

We are looking for entrepreneurs who will be motivated by the earning potential and personal development we provide. Our organization is involved in the marketing of financial products and services of a leading blue-chip company. You will be encouraged and supported to develop your entrepreneurial skills and given an opportunity to grow your own business unit.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Build a team of financial advisers
2. Supervise financial advisers
3. Weekly one-on-one meetings with your financial advisers
4. Provide financial advice to your own clients
5. Monitor performance of advisers against set targets, whilst working towards your own set targets

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Currently in Financial Services and was FA / Manager
• You have the necessary credits and qualifications (NQF5 and RE) for a financial advisor
• Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in financial services - must be out of supervision
