Social Media Strategist

Overview

Hirsch’s is looking for two creative and self-driven Videographer to capture, edit, and produce engaging video content for events, products, and social media platforms. The videographer will be responsible for creating innovative visual content, including AI-enhanced animations, while managing their own equipment and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Videography & Content Capture
  • Film events, in-store promotions, customer activations, and community initiatives.
  • Capture product and lifestyle content for social media, website, and advertising.
  • Produce both short-form and long-form video content tailored to platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Editing & Post-production
  • Edit raw footage into high-quality final videos.
  • Add motion graphics, sound design, and AI-generated elements to enhance storytelling.
  • Create promotional and campaign-driven video assets.
• Creative Development
  • Work with the marketing team to develop concepts and storyboards.
  • Introduce fresh, creative ideas to keep Hirsch’s content modern and engaging.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, especially AI tools and animations.
• Independence & Equipment
  • Manage and maintain own videography equipment (cameras/cellphone, lights, sound gear, etc.).
  • Handle on-site shoots independently, ensuring professional quality output.
  • Organize and archive video material for future use.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a videographer and video editor.
• Strong portfolio of event, product, and social media content.
• Proficiency in editing software
• Familiarity with AI animation/motion design tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Own videography equipment / high quality cellphone camera will suffice

Valid driver’s license and reliable transport to get to events/stores
