National Merchandising Strategist & Retail Growth Lead

Responsibilities

• You'll be responsible for the management and development of the business retail strategy i.e. merchandising, shop front layout etc.
• Plan and execute merchandising initiatives to create an elevated experience for our customers, enhance product visibility and optimize sales.
• Market trends analysis, customer insights and competitor activities.
• Staff management - targets, performance, coaching etc.
• Sourcing and develop of new products and services to increase sales across the retail channel.
• Create merchandising strategies, cooperate with the brand and advertising departments.
• Expenditure analyse and control in line with the annual budget, extract ana analyse financial and business data to make informed decisions and projections.
• Develop in cooperation with the brand and advertising department marketing collateral for the business, monitor inventory turnover and analyse sales data.
• Responsible for promotional campaigns, product ranges and pricing to maximize sales and profitability.
