Hiring: Business Development Reverse Engineer - PCV
Are you an experienced mechanical engineer with a passion for reverse engineering, innovation, and business growth? We are looking for a Business Development Reverse Engineer for our client to drive reverse engineering projects and expand their market reach!
The successful candidate will be tasked with establishing and maintaining a global support network within the business for measurement, scanning, 3D modeling, manufacturing, assembly, and testing of reverse-engineered pumps and components.
Investigate & introduce new technologies (software & hardware) to enhance efficiency in reverse engineering projects.
Develop and implement best practices for scanning, production, and supply chain management.
Work closely with product management, procurement, planning, and field service to ensure timely execution of projects.
Promote reverse engineering by visiting customers, creating marketing materials, and providing internal & external training.
Conduct cost analysis, pricing strategies, and profitability tracking for reverse engineering jobs. Attend global meetings to align with the reverse engineering strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years' experience in the industry preferably in pumps
- Strong background in design, manufacturing, and problem-solving in site/system applications
- Proficiency in CAD modeling, FEA (Finite Element Analysis), and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently
- ECSA registration (or eligibility for registration)
