Limagrain South Africa is a leading player in the agricultural sector, dedicated to providing high-quality field seeds. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Campaign Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive impactful marketing campaigns.

The Campaign Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that increase the sales of Limagrain Field Seeds in South Africa. This role involves market analysis, strategy development, and coordination with various teams to implement marketing activities that align with commercial priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of country-specific campaign marketing strategies.
• Manage six critical campaign phases: diagnostic phase and objective setting, propose campaigns, finalize offers and campaigns, define and approve master plan, execute and monitor plans, review and evaluate post-campaigns.
• Focus on product, brand, and customer-related campaigns.
• Collaborate with product management, product development, and sales teams to align marketing activities.
• Coordinate with global marketing teams to localize brand messaging and market materials.
• Organize and lead local exhibitions, trade shows, field days, and promotional events.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies.
• Propose and manage the country’s marketing budget.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to corporate marketing guidelines.
• Travel extensively to understand the customer and build successful campaigns.

Reports to: Head of Marketing & Product Development

Specific skills and competences:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in campaign development and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of market analysis, segmentation, campaign strategies, planning, and content creation. Knowledge in digital marketing will be viewed favourably.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar design tools).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows, customer visits, and industry events.
• Agricultural experience is strongly preferred.
• Customer-focused mentality with a passion for customers.
• Must be hands on and pragmatic
