Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements:

1. A Payroll Diploma or equivalent qualification to showcase your solid understanding of payroll principles.
2. A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in payroll administration, including the management of large employee counts.
3. Previous exposure to handling end-to-end payroll functions for 300 – 400 salaried staff is essential.
4. Proficiency in using MS Office applications and Sage Premier for efficient data management.
5. Familiarity with Mibco regulations and compliance standards in the automotive industry.
6. A valid Code 08 driver's licence to facilitate occasional travel requirements.
