Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Exports Logistics Coordinator to facilitate the production and shipping of bespoke products for major clients in Asia & ROW. The role involves managing day-to-day export logistics operations, coordinating with suppliers and partners, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring timely and efficient supply chain management.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Coordinate timely and accurate shipments of goods (LCL and FCL)
2. Ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documents
3. Identify and fix shipping errors
4. Oversee production timelines
5. Receive PO orders from customers and maintain excellent customer service at all times
6. Create and manage product and production specification sheets
7. Check & manage product & project costings
8. Handle purchasing and dispatch administration with a focus on timely and accurate processing
9. Raise contracts and liaise with factories and suppliers
10. Arrange international shipping consignments and process shipping documents
11. Process proof of collection notes
12. Update internal company systems and databases
13. Book in customer shipments via Maersk & DHL
14. Work closely with the Export Team to achieve stock shipment deadlines
15. Monitor production and components from start-to-end process

Qualifications

1. Analytical Skills, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Management
2. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
3. Experience in warehousing, export logistics, and international shipping and Incoterms
4. Knowledge of customs regulations and export documentation
5. Proficiency in logistics software and tools
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
7. Intermediate to Advanced user in Excel and Microsoft 365
8. Experience of monitoring production and components from start-to-end process
9. Excellent Attention to detail and organizational abilities
10. Strong oral and written command of English with the ability to communicate at all levels
11. Strong numerical aptitude and currency conversion proficiency
