Operations Supervisor

Operations Supervisor required in KZN for a Hammarsdale Distributor. Past experience is important but crucially we are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on and energetic person to help oversee a busy warehouse.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Overseeing inventory needs, stocktaking and undertaking office management and administration.
• Evaluating the performance of your assigned employees, delivering positive and/or negative feedback, and addressing any shortcomings.
• Help in improving operations to reduce costs.
• Provide administrative support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Previous experience (at least 3 years) as an operations supervisor or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong delegation, administrative management, and organizational skills.
• Good leadership and decision-making skills.
