A well established transport and logistics company based in Nelspruit has a vacancy for a Fleet Controller to start asap. Logistical experience (bulk cross border tipper) will be a definite advantage. The Fleet Controller will be responsible for fleet management and monitoring and ensuring that each vehicle reaches its production and diesel targets.

Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Currently residing in Nelspruit
• Minimum Grade 12 certificate
• Code B drivers license ESSENTIAL. Own vehicle ESSENTIAL
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English. A 3rd language a definite advantage
• Excellent relationship building skills coupled with solid communication skills
• Excellent organising and prioritising skills
• Ability to work long hours and under pressure
• Time management skills

KPI's:

• Ensuring that production and diesel targets are met
• Monitor Fleet Management system
• Constant communication with drivers and team
• Submit documents and reports as per deadline
• Communicate vehicle maintenance issues
• Ensure that vehicle services are planned and scheduled
