The Role

We are seeking a Guest Assist to support the guest journey within a luxury wine estate in Franschhoek.

This role is ideal for someone who is naturally warm, attentive, and present — someone who understands that exceptional service is not scripted, but felt.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
• Supporting front‑of‑house operations and guest interactions throughout the day
• Assisting with guest requests efficiently and thoughtfully
• Coordinating with housekeeping, kitchen, and other departments to ensure seamless service
• Providing clear and engaging information about the estate, experiences, and surroundings
• Maintaining a calm, polished presence at all times
• Anticipating guest needs and acting proactively

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality or guest‑facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and a polished demeanour
• Ability to think ahead and respond proactively
