Job description

Dreamy coffee shop located in East London is looking for a people-focused manager to lead the team. The café offers a gorgeous look and feel, combining exceptional coffee with a natural, leafy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the team, ensuring excellent service.
  • Shape and maintain the café culture and standards.
  • Contribute to branding, style and product quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong coffee knowledge and confidence in coffee operations.
  • Operationally strong, highly organised, and people-oriented.
  • Experience in a daytime, 40‑hour contract environment preferred.

Employment Details

  • Contract: 40‑hour, daytime-only.
  • Open seven days a week with a variety of daytime shifts.
  • Opportunity for growth into operational roles within the business.
