The role is responsible for a set of products and services, understanding the portfolio inside and out, and providing technical consultancy during the sales process. Through phone, chat, web or email, you’ll deliver technical solutions that meet customers’ needs.

What You’ll Achieve

As an Inside Sales Product Specialist, you will deliver technical solutions to the Inside Sales Team that address customers’ varying needs, working independently or with expert colleagues for complex solutions.

You will:

• Understand the Dell Technologies portfolio and explain how multi‑faced solutions benefit customers.
• Provide expert guidance to the core Sales team by probing to identify, evaluate, and recommend complex alternative solutions.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets by selling solutions and building strong partner/distributor relationships.
• Execute sales campaigns accurately and promptly.
• Leverage data‑driven insights and market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and position Dell Technologies solutions for customer success.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience across different markets.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business plus a minimum of 5 years of pre‑sales/sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in selling infrastructure solutions and services focused on Microsoft, VMware, RedHat, Nutanix, multi‑cloud solutions, data center consolidation, Gen AI, AI infrastructure, disaster recovery and data management.
• Excellent communication, selling, customer‑relations and negotiation skills with good time‑management and organization.
• Ability to work in virtual teams and influence others to implement strategies; self‑driven, motivated, team player, committed to quality.
