This is a career-track role. The goal from day one is to develop you into an Account Manager.

The Role

You'll work directly under the supervision of an experienced Account Manager, learning the full scope of VAT and indirect tax compliance from the ground up — with a clear pathway to stepping into an AM role once you've demonstrated the competency.

This is an ideal entry point for a finance or tax graduate who wants structured development, real client exposure, and a tangible progression plan in a fast-moving international business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist Account Managers with VAT filings — VAT returns, ECSLs, intrastate reports, and more
• Perform VAT compliance checks and data capturing, processing, and analysis
• Liaise with clients, partners, and tax authorities to handle queries and resolve issues
• Draft client communications and deliver relevant information effectively
• Assist with technical research across VAT and indirect tax topics
• Support audit preparation and responses
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, Account Managers, and internal team members
• Contribute to administrative and ad-hoc tasks that keep the business running smoothly

Requirements

• A background in tax, finance, accounting, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical, process-driven approach
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable liaising with external parties including clients and tax authorities
• Organised, reliable, and eager to learn
• A genuine interest in VAT and indirect tax compliance
