Ventilation systems, drinking water installations and heat pumps, these mechanical systems are essential in buildings like schools, hospitals and public facilities within the Netherlands.
As a Service Technician, you ensure they continue to perform at their best.
Your responsibilities include:
- Independently performing maintenance and repair work on mechanical installations and building management systems
- Ordering the required materials for repairs and maintenance
- Coordinating with customers and answering technical questions
- Resolving malfunctions quickly and professionally
- Participating in on‑call duty (once every XX weeks, including evenings and weekends)
- Aligning work with the site technician and engaging subcontractors or colleagues for complex or large‑scale jobs

This is you
You’re technically skilled, customer‑focused and calm under pressure. You enjoy responsibility and variety in your work. You bring:
- An diploma in Mechanical or Service Engineering/Red Seal
- At least 2 years of experience in installation technology
- A proactive and solution‑oriented mindset
- A valid driving licence
