Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand target audience needs, preferences, and pain points, and incorporate insights into content development.
• Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy that communicates key messages and drives desired actions, such as clicks, sign-ups, or purchases.
• Adapt writing style and tone to match brand voice and guidelines across different channels and platforms.
• Proofread and edit copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards and guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in copywriting and content marketing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and refine messaging for various marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate ideas and contribute to overall creative direction and strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or related roles.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling copy.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative ideas and concepts.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and AP style.
• Experience with SEO best practices and keyword research is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and project management tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Portfolio showcasing writing samples and examples of previous work.
