Role Summary:

• Register claims with flair!
• Negotiate effectively!
• Finalize claims smoothly!
• Manage costs wisely!
• Provide exceptional service!

Key Work Relations:

• Collaborate with Management, Service, Underwriting, and QA teams.
• Engage with Clients, Partners, Suppliers, and Assessors.

Required Competencies:

• Matric, RE 5, and progressing towards Full FAIS.
• 3 years of experience in claims management.
• Strong team player, bilingual (Afrikaans & English), problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, excellent communication, and customer service abilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Register and manage claims accurately.
• Coordinate with suppliers and adjustors.
• Authorize repairs and replacements.
• Ensure excellent service interactions.
• Provide timely and accurate feedback.
