Fleet Manager

Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for fleet operations, team leadership, and logistics? Our client in Cape Town is looking for a Fleet Manager to oversee vehicle operations, ensure compliance, and manage a high-performing transport team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily fleet availability, planning, and compliance reporting
• Lead and manage staff schedules, performance, and morale
• Coordinate vehicle movements including intercity transfers and de‑fleeting
• Ensure all vehicles meet licensing, tracker, and presentation standards
• Handle administrative tasks including productivity tracking, payroll checks, and customer feedback
• Maintain a professional, efficient, and service‑driven working environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, and operations
• Strong background in HR administration and staff supervision
• Deadline-driven with strong reporting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Proficient in compliance tracking, reporting, and digital tools (Email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets)
• A proactive, hands‑on leader with a passion for operational excellence

Salary: Negotiable
