Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1. Take charge of the treasury domain, overseeing cash flow, liquidity, and risk, to maximize financial performance.
2. Craft and execute treasury policies, protocols, and safeguards to ensure adherence and risk mitigation.
3. Cultivate and manage banking affiliations, negotiating financing arrangements to bolster business objectives.
4. Supervise day-to-day cash management operations, encompassing cash projection, disbursements, and reconciliations.
5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to refine operational workflows and propel efficiency.
6. Furnish strategic insights and counsel to senior leadership regarding treasury and operational affairs.

Requirements:

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)), with solid experience in finance and treasury oversight.
2. Accumulated 5+ years of experience in a similar field.
3. Demonstrated leadership skills, empowering teams to deliver outcomes.
4. Possess sterling analytical and problem-solving proficiencies, coupled with a meticulous eye for detail.
5. Effective communicator with strong interpersonal finesse.
6. Proficiency in financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and risk mitigation.
7. Familiarity with treasury systems and banking platforms is advantageous.
