Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description:

1. Develop mechanical building services specifications and designs to meet client needs and standards
2. Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure design feasibility and client requirements are met
3. Utilize CAD, Revit, and BIM software for design creation and refinement
4. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new designs
5. Manage project documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
6. Coordinate with the project team for timely and quality project completion
7. Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose improvements
8. Facilitate regular project team meetings and maintain stakeholder communication

Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 10 years’ experience in Building Services engineering and design
2. Minimum 5 years post professional registration in mechanical design experience including Construction Management
3. Strong technical background in engineering
4. Solid working knowledge of construction implementation processes and standards as well as project management principles
5. Excellent design skills
6. Must have MS Office experience

Educational Qualifications

Qualification:

1. BSc or BEng or BTech in Mechanical Engineering
2. Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer
