Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and process international vendor payments with accuracy and timeliness
2. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
3. Maintain accurate financial records and reports for foreign transactions
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
5. Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial audits

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in accounts payable, with a focus on foreign vendor management
2. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
3. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

6. Experience in a FMCG Manufacturing/Logistics environment - high volumes
