This is your opportunity to use your sales or customer‑facing experience to break into the world of tech. You’ll learn how to identify target customers, reach decision‑makers, and generate the kind of pipeline that drives growth for leading startups. You’ll kick off with our Go‑to‑Market Academy; a hands‑on training program that gives you real‑world sales skills, not just theory. From there, you’ll keep learning on the job and follow a clear path to career progression and leadership within two years.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Learn the ins and outs of SaaS and FinTech sales across EMEA markets
• Research and identify high‑value accounts
• Connect with decision‑makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Book meetings and demos with senior executives
• Continuously refine your techniques through coaching and feedback

Requirements

• A university degree
• 1‑2 years of customer‑facing experience (sales preferred)
• Genuine interest in sales, SaaS, and FinTech
• Energy, curiosity, and resilience – you enjoy solving problems and pushing yourself
• Excellent written and spoken English, confident engaging with C‑level execs
• Based in Cape Town (or open to relocate)
• South African Citizen
