Duties & Responsibilities

Job & Company Description:
The successful candidate will take responsibility for financial planning and analysis, reporting and cash management for business operations.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Continuous support to grow and develop local and foreign business
• Ensure adherence to accounting and financial policies
• Ensure the delivery of profit forecasts, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Business partnering, advising on strategic financial decisions for local and foreign market
• Consolidations of financial results
• Champion for forecast accuracy
• Monitor and evaluate category investment decisions
• Lead business process for investments and business cases

Education:

Qualified CA(SA)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 3 to 5 years post articles experience within a FP&A focused position essential
• Strong understanding of BI and data tools
• Microsoft Excel modelling skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work with data and systems that support SOP processes
• Strong business partnering skills
• Business and financial acumen
• Meticulous attention to detail
