Mid Level Sales Coordinator

CIOVITA is looking for a highly organised and driven Mid-Level Sales Coordinator to join our Custom South Africa team.

About the Role

As a Mid-Level Sales Coordinator, you will take full ownership of standard-complexity custom orders — managing the process from initial enquiry through to production handover.

You’ll balance inbound sales activity with structured outbound growth efforts, ensuring customers experience a professional, predictable and seamless journey. At the same time, you’ll maintain accurate CRM and system data to give the business a clear, real‑time view of the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Order Management

• Own allocated enquiries and accounts from first contact to production handover
• Qualify leads and recommend the appropriate Custom package
• Prepare accurate quotes aligned with pricing, tax and lead‑time guidelines
• Create and manage Sales Orders and Jobs in Sync
• Ensure all system data is complete and up to date

CRM & Pipeline Management

• Maintain an accurate and well‑managed pipeline
• Log all key customer interactions
• Use CRM dashboards to prioritise work and support forecasting

Outbound & Growth Support

• Execute structured outbound outreach (calls, emails and follow‑ups)
• Identify reorders, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
• Support targeted sales campaigns and client reactivation initiatives

Collaboration & Problem Solving

• Work closely with Creative Studio, Production and Logistics teams
• Escalate risks proactively with context and proposed solutions
• Contribute to process and system improvements

• Contribution to Custom South Africa revenue targets
• Strong quote-to-order conversion rates
• Accurate and clean CRM data
• Consistent outbound activity and repeat order growth
• Positive customer feedback and minimal avoidable errors

• Confident working in CRM systems and operational platforms

Experience in apparel, custom manufacturing or production‑driven environments will be advantageous.
