Execution:

• Business Process Engineering: The assistant will be involved in mapping out and analyzing business processes to find efficiencies and improve workflows. This includes documenting current operational procedures and identifying bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
• Supervised Learning: Working under an experienced engineer allows for guided learning, making this role ideal for someone without prior work experience but with a solid academic foundation.

Skills Required:

• Business Environment Experience: While not a requirement, any prior internship, part-time job, or project work that exposed you to a business environment could be beneficial.
• Academic Background: Coursework or projects related to business processes and project management will be particularly relevant.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Projects and Microsoft Office will be beneficial as the role may involve documenting consulting activities.
