The Data Migration Lead is responsible for managing and delivering SAP data migration activities, ensuring accurate extraction, transformation, loading, validation, and reconciliation of data in S/4HANA conversion projects. This role combines technical expertise with leadership skills to drive successful data migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL)
• Validate and reconcile migrated data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Utilize S/4HANA conversion tooling and approaches effectively
• Provide delivery leadership for migration projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and governance are met
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve data-related issues

Qualifications & Certifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in SAP data migration or ETL projects
• SAP Data Services / Migration Certification preferred
• Proven experience in migration delivery leadership

Candidate Requirements

• Preferably with Public Sector project experience
• Based in Cape Town or willing to work locally
