We are seeking an experienced and qualified Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving financial efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial activities and processes within the organisation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Manage VAT, Employment Equity, EMP201, and EMP501 submissions.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.
• Oversee debtors and creditors, including invoice processing and collections.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports for management review.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
• Handle general financial tasks as required by the organization.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Previous experience or internship in an accounting role.
• At least 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Sage.
• Valid RSA driver’s license with own transport.
