A Dealership in Richards Bay is looking for a New Vehicle Sales Manager to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and retention to meet sales forecasts.
• Develop the necessary sales organization to meet sales and profitability objectives.
• Ensure optimum stock of vehicles on premises.
• Control costs within the department's budget.
• Ensure adequate product display material is available.
• Review pricing policies, discounts, and trade-in dealings to maintain dealership profitability.
• Monitor financial performance of the sales department weekly.
• Address customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Meet departmental customer satisfaction and expectation targets.
• Maintain direct and indirect costs within company parameters.
• Establish staffing levels and training required to achieve sales objectives.
• Monitor all floorplan activities.
• Keep stock levels within company policy requirements.
• Maximize sale of back-end products.

Experience & Qualifications

• Matric.
• Experience as a Manager or Team Leader.
• Previous New Vehicle Sales Manager experience (high volume brand preferred).
• Experience with internet leads/sales.
