Senior Data Engineer

Managed Talents Solutions' client is looking for a Senior Data Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design, build, and implement data and analytics products and solutions for various stakeholders, enabling our journey in becoming an insights-led organization. The role involves working with cross-functional teams across product, technology, and subject matter experts to deliver projects and products.

Must have requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent required
• 5+ years of developing and managing data products from ingestion to operations.
• 5+ years of experience supporting data analytics solutions.
• Experience using Python and working with relational SQL databases. Experience using CI/CD tools.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using Azure platform for Data and Analytics products.
• Working knowledge of Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps) and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• 5+ years of experience in data storytelling and data visualization using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Google Analytics.

You will be required to:

• Manage and lead Data and Analytics analysts delivery, ensuring that they provide products that support decision-making through fact-based data, insights, and recommendations.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with key functional leaders within the Operating Unit and Coca-Cola System network, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and how data, analytical, and tech products and services can create value for their teams and business.
• Actively manage the assigned data and analytics portfolio, ensuring delivery and adoption of solutions against agreed OKRs.
• Lead product ownership for products, solutions, and services relevant to the data and analytics portfolio.
• Adapt data and analytics products and services for use in the operating unit and deploy them to deliver compelling end-user experiences that drive business growth.
• Contribute to the development of enterprise capability frameworks and products for data and analytics.
