- Bachelor's degree (BSc / BEng) in Metallurgy or Chemistry (with a focus on Extraction).
- 0 – 3 years’ experience in Mineral Processing, Process Design, Process Plant, or Process Engineering.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in equipment sizing for mineral processing operations.
- Experience with feasibility studies to assess project viability.
- Ability to conduct conflict studies and resolve process-related issues.
- Background in mass balancing techniques.
- Aptitude for plant optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
